What do I have to do after I have chosen a used car ?

1. You contact me or book directly on my website the inspection of your choice. 2. As soon as the payment is received, I speak to the seller to clarify important details about the car. 3. If the seller's details match the actual car history, we arrange an appointment and set the location for the inspection. 4. I inspect the car thoroughly for you and take it for a test drive. Upon request, I will also take over the price negotiation with the seller. 5. Within 24 hours after the inspection, you will receive a detailed vehicle report including photos and videos of the car.
Where will the inspection take place ?

I drive to the place that you or the seller have specified for the inspection of the car.

Can I request an invoice ?

What happens if I have to cancel an inspection appointment ?

Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice: refund of the total amount, minus 50€ handling fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: refund of 50% of the total amount.
What happens if the seller does not agree to the inspection after all or does not show up at the prearranged meeting point?

If I am at the agreed inspection location and the seller does not show up or refuses to allow me to inspect his car, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount.
What happens if the test drive cannot be carried out ?

If the seller refuses a test drive or the car has no gasoline and/or is not insured, the service is deemed to have been provided and will not be refunded.

I offer a comprehensive structural, functional and legal car inspection, as well as an assessment of its current market value and general condition. During a pre-purchase inspection, I check whether the car is a good investment; I examine it for condition, maintenance and safety. This will save you time and money in the long run
What are the advantages of a used car inspection?

I create a detailed checklist of the used car and make sure it is safe, well maintained, free of damage and defects and worthy of your investment.
How long does it take from booking to the actual inspection date ?

The inspection of the car takes place promptly. Usually 1 - 3 days from booking, depending on the location of the car and the availability of you and the seller.
Do I have to be present at the inspection appointment ?

No. If you decide not to attend the inspection in person, I will call you after the inspection and the test drive to report on the actual condition of the car. You can then make your purchase decision, even from a distance.
Can I book an inspection if the car is far away ?

Yes. I do inspections all over Spain. *Travel costs: Outside the 10km radius of Marbella/Centre, I charge per kilometre €0.99 (only the outward journey is chargeable). For distances over 200km one way, I will be happy to design a customised travel plan for you.
